Getting the Most of My Workout

Working out at the gym on my lunch hour is a great way to get my exercise out of the way early in the day.  I always seem to find excuses when I leave it to the end of the day and getting in the habit of doing it at lunch makes it an easy way to get the exercise done! I especially like the fitness classes where we do upper and lower body workouts with weights.  Having Cary there to correct my mistakes helps me to get the most out of my workout!  Plus working out with other people is more fun!!!  It also gives me great ideas for workouts that I do on my own, as Cary always has new and exciting moves to try!!!
