Physical and Mental Benefits

Cary’s classes are great as they provide a change from the treadmill or cross trainer and can accommodate people at different fitness levels.  The class is structured around using small weights, exercise balls, exercise bands and mats with a focus on core muscle training.  You choose the amount of weight to use depending on your fitness level. Cary is always there to provide coaching and help in areas that you want.

For me the benefits both physically and mentally, of spending an hour each day exercising far outweigh the loss of the time for other things.
